Mia is an english speaking personal trainer and MNU certified nutritionist from the UK, now based in Paris. 
Mia is  qualified  to offer nutritional advice and programs from fat loss to muscle building, performance nutrition  and weight management for health.

As a long distance runner, Mia specialises in endurance nutrition and also has a keen interest in fat loss for PCOS clients.
