Circuit training is a high intensity cardio and resistance based workout that gets your heart rate up, helps burn calories faster and longer and can be completed within a 30 min, 45 min or 1 hour class. Sessions can be completed outside, near to your workplace or in an allocated studio within the company's building providing permission is provided.
