Exercise during pregnancy and after giving birth has many, many benefits both physically and mentally for Mama and child alike.
After my own experience of carrying and birthing a child, my personal focus has now shifted to align with my passion to support other women on their journey to take care of and strengthen their beautiful bodies, using exercise as a form of self-care to help them through the world's longest marathon: Motherhood.

When you have children, time to yourself is often in short supply and fitness can often be the first ball that gets dropped. Caroline's group bootcamp classes are designed by a Mama for Mama's.
If you can't find a moment to train without your little darlings, why not bring them along and let them play with other children in the fresh air while you also socialise and strengthen your body, release some endorphins which will help build resilience for those long days of parenting!
At Bootcamp Maman Bout'chou anything goes. You need to settle a child, breastfeed or change a nappy mid lunge? Go ahead, these classes are designed to be enjoyable, not stressful.
Likewise, if your children want to join in, even better or you need a little extra weight to add to your squats then just pick up that baby- who needs a kettlebell when your chubby bundle of joy weighs a tonne!
I want to show Mama's that getting back into shape and taking care of yourself is still possible and can even be an enjoyable activity with your Bout'chous!
