Have some questions about getting started?
Feel free to contact me or have a look at some of the most popular queries below...
Where will we be training?
Training sessions will be organised at appropriate outdoor areas around central Paris. I think it's more beneficial to work in the open area where we can use the natural facilities around us and breathe the fresh air. There is also the option of sessions in your home. As long as you have space to lay down with your arms above your head and space to stand with your arms outstretched.
How long is a session?
Sessions are 1 hour in duration This includes a warm-up, workout and cool down with stretching plus any discussions about nutrition or scheduling.
What level of fitness do I need to have to have a session with you?
You can come to me at any level of fitness. Programmes are tailored around your levels and goals. Fitness tests and a pre-workout consultation will ensure we start at the right intensity for your level and your progress will be recorded weekly.
How many sessions a week should I do?
With me you can work between 1-3 sessions a week. I would advise 2+ sessions if you are really looking to commit to a set goal. 3 sessions will ensure you stay absolutely on track and make long term lifestyle changes. If you want to work on your fitness between sessions I am more than happy to advise you.
What should I bring to a session?
Yourself and a bottle of water. I will provide the equipment and motivation! However, many clients like to buy their own equipment once they get started and this is absolutely encouraged. If you have your own mat then you are also welcome to bring this.
What are your hours?
My hours are 9am- 9pm (last session at 8pm)
What days are you available?
I am available Monday to Friday. We do group training on Saturdays.
